Borderless Entertainment Announces 2024 Screenwriting Competition
Entries open July 15th for the 2024 Borderless Screenwriting Competition which is the first competition sponsored by Borderless Entertainment. Entrants are welcome to leverage both their natural creative talent as well as any AI tools they choose to enhance their art and expression.
Borderless Entertainment leads the industry in the use and development of AI tools specifically for filmmaking and television development. At Borderless, efficiency and creativity are optimized by using the most innovative technologies and embracing the future. Not only in the practical sense but also in storylines and characters themselves, themes of AI and Web4, as well as blockchain and Web3, are a focus for Borderless.
The AI-enhance Borderless slate includes comedies about crypto culture, action dramas set in a distant future of human-machine interactions, brilliant AI-powered animated series, and so much more. Embracing and pioneering innovation at Borderless, this screenwriting competition is an opportunity for creative writers to showcase their best works with no limits on their imagination or methods to generating the most entertaining and meaningful stories possible.
In addition to unbounded creativity and technological prowess, Borderless core values also emphasize animal rights, both human and non-human animal rights. Important to keep in mind as you write or pitch, intentional producers such as Borderless will automatically disqualify any submissions that portray animal cruelty or normalize violence against animals in any way. This includes everything from portraying dead animals as food to a character reacting positively to a leather jacket to normalizing hunting or horseracing activities and so forth. Human animals being equally kind to human and non-human animals is a core part of the mission at Borderless Entertainment.
